It must be said, of a house in 1948 a successful B & B, that you can not, and certainly not 6 months. Every time we get positive responses, we think of how we together with our family and friends, blood sweat and tears have left them and how grateful we are.

Thanks Louis and Monique, you have extreme patience with us. Louis, we might ask you all, you never complained and you gave us useful ideas. Monique, your perfectionism is in the taste of all guests and also the name for our B & B you conceived, has a lot of compliments on them.

Thanks Bart, without you we were too carpenter. You went to where our understanding of conversions stopped. Dries looks at you, and rightly so. You are a super brother and brother. And we must not forget Sabrina and the children thank you because they often miss.

Thanks Mom and Dad, you were right behind our idea and that means a lot to us. We hope you’re proud of what we have achieved so far.

Thanks Willy uncle and aunt Diane. We suddenly saw everything very quickly. Incredible how as soon as you have done a great job. We are extremely grateful to you.

Thank you friends, because each has his way contributed. Ilina, David, Brian, Herlinde, Tom, Niek, Manu, Heidi, and so much more fantastic people meegebouwd our dream.

Our five * breakfast

Three breakfasts areavailable:

After party breakfast

Bread/bun, a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit salad

Burgundian breakfast

Three coffees, cake of your choice and a soft boiled egg

English breakfast

Pistolet a choice, toast, two fried eggs with sausage, ham and cheese

 

There is also ‘à volonté’ (eat as much as you like): four types Konfitüre (red currant, apricot, cherry and strawberry), Nutella spread, Lotus speculoos spread (mild ginger), several types of chocolate vermichelli, Meli honey, cheese, liver pate, ham, cheese, butter, speculoos, gingerbread, honey cake , kids with chocolate filling breakfast, brunch time with strawberry filling, muesli, cornflakes, biscuits, yoghurt, brown bread, 20 blends of tea, coffee, milk, chocolate milk (hot or cold).

If you have specific needs, please feel free to call in advance or just let me know at the breakfast table…

Breakfast is served from 07:15. Most of our guests have their breakfast between 08:00 to 08:30. Normally you can have breakfast until 10:30, depending on the arrival of new guests.

The reason of our succes…

Room 2Our pictures on the front page. Why? Because these are the reason why guests choose our Bed and Breakfast. They choose stylish rooms and love the fact that everything is new. But once they’ve seen Diksmuide and tasted our generously served breakfast, they are in 7th heaven! Do you want to visit Flanders Fields and the beautiful city Diksmuide? Don’t hesitate to make your reservations at our B&B because there are only 8 beds.

Our first guests 29 March!

We are still working night and day to offer our (future) guests only the best. But we can’t keep improving this lovely house. Everything is almost ready to welcome our first guests on the 29th of March.

 We’d like to stress an important aspect : this house is only destined for bed & breakfast and isn’t occupied by us. So our guests will have their privacy and peace guaranteed!

And to totally blow all your doubts away, you are welcome to our big opening probably during the first weekend of April. The exact date will soon be published.
